Implementation Engineer


Job Description

The Implementation Engineer reports to the Vice President, Services. The Services organization is responsible for delivery of the Innotas service including Implementation, Account Management, Training and Mentoring, and Support. This is a customer facing role. On the Implementation side, the focus is on direct delivery activities such as product configurations, integrations, data loads, issue management and assisting in the development of process, tools and infrastructure. On the customer side, this position will work directly with customers remotely to assist in service delivery activities. Cross functional teamwork and support is essential to our success. This person will have the opportunity to be mentored and groomed for career development within services

Role Responsibilities:

  • Configure application to meet client requirements
  • Develop process and tools to meet organizational initiatives
  • Perform scripting as needed to debug or complete product or tool solutions
  • Participate in integration technology initiatives and help configure solutions
  • Perform data load activities
  • Lead issue management triage, prioritization as needed

Skills/Experience

  • 1-2 years in a technical services or support organization directly supporting customers
  • Previous software package installation/implementation experience
  • Working understanding of software application architectures
  • Working understanding of databases


Education

Technical BA/BS degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent
