Account Delivery Manager


Job Description

The Account Delivery Manager (ADM) reports to the Vice President, Services. The Services organization is responsible for delivery of the Innotas software as a service offering including Implementation, Account Management, Training and Mentoring, and Support. The ADM is responsible for both Account Management and Implementation. On the Account Management side, the ADM drives customer adoption and value realization throughout the software as a service lifecycle. On the Implementation side, the ADM supports pres-sales efforts with proof of concepts. Post sales delivery involves customer on-boarding, configuring and enablement. Other aspects of the job include improving process and tools, cross functional teamwork and support is essential to our success.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Bring experience and thought-leadership to client engagements, engage as a trusted advisor/partner
  • Manage implementation schedule, activities, client communication
  • Own and execute solution implementation (delivery)
  • Configure application to meet client requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent client implementations remotely
  • Work with client Sr. Management to ensure project meets the clients objectives and success criteria
  • Work with clients to drive implementation plan and communicate milestones
  • Support Sales and Business Development with Services positioning, scoping, and delivery approach
  • Participate and provide leadership in the development of organization (Services) capabilities
  • Establish and develop service delivery standards and best practices, develop re-usable knowledge capital

Skills/Experience:

  • 2-3 years management consulting experience or equivalent
  • Previous software package implementation experience
  • Business process consulting or Business Analyst experience
  • Working understanding of software application architectures
  • Working understanding of databases and data modeling
  • Working understanding of Project Management principles and practices
  • PMI Certification desirable

Education

  • Technical BA/BS degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent
