We’ve been around the software business long enough to know that the best way to work together with customers and partners is to establish a direct, no nonsense dialog, and then keep it that way.
Simple without being simplistic
We strive in every way to be a company that develops software that our customers actually use. We’ve seen too many statistics about bloated software products not being adopted because they’re too complex, too expensive, or take too long to implement. We think it’s critical our product be right-sized, reasonably-priced, and easy-to-implement. We call this “simple without being simplistic.” In order to do this, we listen very carefully to our customers’ thoughts about the user interface, our feature set, and their experiences in driving adoption.
Because we’re a subscription-based business, we thrive when our customers use our product. If they don’t use it, we don’t grow. So we’re pretty fanatical about making sure our product is one that customers want to use.
