Innotas is committed to being an active partner in improving the quality of life in our community through the sharing of our social, intellectual and economic resources.
Community involvement and volunteerism are an integral component of the culture at Innotas. Being engaged in the community strongly enhances our company values of innovation, customer focus, and having fun. We believe giving back to the community is a "win–win" scenario for both Innotas and the organizations that we support. Our volunteer activities boost morale, strengthen our team and improve communications and relations among our employees and customers.
The employees of Innotas have elected to focus our corporate community involvement program on the following areas:

To further our commitment to the community, Innotas is proud to participate in the Entrepreneurs Foundation.
EF’s mission is to engage high growth companies in corporate citizenship and philanthropic efforts so that new and leveraged resources are generated for community benefit. As an EF partner, we donated stock so that at our liquidity, a portion of the sale of the stock will support EF’s work, while the rest is set aside for our company to make strategic philanthropic grants to the community. In the meantime, we work with EF to develop and enhance our community involvement program here at Innotas.
